Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson, Himbleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson from its junction with C2150 Goosehill Ln to Earls Common to its  junction with C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Rd.

Reason: New water connection by STW

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2080 Shaftlands Cross to Phepson (part), C2077 Trench Ln, U42212 Skergens Ln, C2076 Newland Rd to Plough Ln, C2076 Tagwell Rd, C2076 The Holloway, B4090 Hanbury Rd, C2080 Goosehill Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.  Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 18 May 2026
